Of course capitalism should NOT be outlawed....but that doesn't mean there shouldn't have any regulator laws that govern how they operate.

The question I want to ask is: "Do we have capitalism now in the USA?"

Umm did you miss Russia?
We have a global elite running the entire planet into the ground. Nothing capitalistic about it. The govt owns controlling shares in just about everything and the elites have the 99% in debt to them using the govt.

We need to bring capitalism back to the true meaning of it under the Constitution.

It's supposed to be:

Of the people, by the people, for the people.

Not:

Of the corporations, by the politicians, for the banks.

I won't vote until OP suggests with what capitalism should be replaced.

I am in favor of some limits to capitalism - for instance - medical doctors should not be allowed to profit from destroying human life.

Abortion stops a beating heart.

"A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order , and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism." Well, since you aren't smart enough to know that you can't be a Liberal and a fascist. However, your policies are fascist.
