Unfortunately, those 17 places don't want American. Try to open an bank account aboard and show your US passport. They will say "Thank you, but sorry we cannot do business with you".

Right. but looking at the countries on top of the list it is pretty obvious it is bogus. Even in 2000 we were barely in top 10
