That can only happen when government stops allowing these folks to leech. As long as the handouts are there people will take them. Yes I agree this includes bigbusiness
As long as the govt owns just about everything, this isn't changing. People need to take back ownership. (TRFs make sense in this regard.) Those leeches are simply govt bailing itself out and rewarding itself.
Sweet another thread demonizing the less fortunate. We should round them all up put them in work camps then once they can no long work gas those worthless sons of *******. Then with the dead bodies we could burn them in a giant incinerator and use the ashes for fertilizer.

Work camps is a good idea. Even liberal FDR didn't just pay people to lay around and do nothing, he had those work camps and some very good projects were accomplished in those days -- even Conservatives have to admit that some of the Depression era projects got some things done.
Work is good. It's better for people to feel they've contributed something, people actually do better when they feel productive.
The worst thing is just to hand people money and encourage them to do nothing with themselves.
