So now 4 states have banned smiling when taking a driver's license or ID picture. This is so they can track your every move with cameras using facial recognition programs.

Sounds like 4 states need new leaders. I suggest bringing some in from a third party as these 2 are not doing so well.

You also have to remove your glasses. I got a new DL last year when I moved (Dec 2011).
No glasses and no smile. All part of the RealID crap they had to implement (facial recognition software).

And my current DL expires next year...wonder if they will have DNA swabs and retina scans in place....
