Is it really that crazy to see the debt skyrocket when you have expensive policies from the previous administration, in addition to increases in food stamps and unemployment due to the economy melting down at the end of 2008, and the (few) new policies that Obama enacted?

Forget the premise of this thread. It's just more figures which have little meaning.

And, it's just another repeat of an incomplete story. Yes, spending is high and, yes, deficits are high and, yes, the economy isn't recovering as fast as anybody would like. But, what's never talked about is how the GOP has obstructed and fought and killed everything the President proposed as much as they could.

In other words, they share AT LEAST a part of the blame, but they won't take it. Their intention is to keep you looking at Obama without noticing how complicit they are for the whole mess and how their publicly announced goal of making Obama a one term President figures into all those problems.

For 4 years now, they've put the interests of their party ahead of the interests of the nation and they'd like us to forget it.

OK, let's play percentages, shall we?

It's cute how you think only liberals do that... guess you don't read the forum very carefully, LOL.

I've had almost every source of mine questioned by conservatives, even down to the .gov resources themselves. At least those questioning this source have a point, considering it has the word OPINION right in the title. I don't know whether the story is accurate or not, since I haven't done any real research on the matter - but only a fool would take that one opinion piece as the final word.

So exactly which Obama policies has the GOP blocked that would have benefited the country? Who had a majority when they were proposed and how exactly would they have been a benefit to the country?

Unfortunately for you GWB is not on the ballot this time so your "but, but, but GWB" hogwash is about as relevant as the other asinine posts you've made in this thread so far. What else have you got? That's rhetorical BTW.....
