Your fake need to prevent insignificant voter fraud cannot be used to prevent even .0005 percent of eligible voters from voting.

Now, what part about this don't your understand in you unAmerican head?
No fraud, right?

Vote fraud alert: One out of five registered Ohio voters is bogus | Conservative News, Views & Books

Quote:
Furthermore, “in two counties, the number of registered voters actually exceeds the voting age population: Northwestern Ohio’s Wood County shows 109 registered voters for every 100 eligible, while in Lawrence County along the Ohio River it’s a mere 104 registered per 100 eligible.”

Vote fraud is real—Michael Walsh - NYPOST.com

Now a new book — “Who’s Counting?” by John Fund and Hans von Spakovsky — charges that Al Franken’s 2008 defeat of incumbent Republican Sen. Norm Coleman may be directly attributable to felons voting illegally. Coleman led on election night, but a series of recounts lasting eight months eventually gave the seat to the former Saturday Night Live star.
Later, a conservative watchdog group matched criminal records with the voting rolls and discovered that 1,099 felons had illegally cast ballots. State law mandates prosecutions in such cases; 177 have been convicted so far, with 66 more awaiting trial.
Franken’s eventual margin of “victory”? A mere 312 votes.
The Minnesota win gave the Democrats their 60th Senate seat, creating the filibuster-proof majority that helped shovel ObamaCare into law.

And once again for good measure. There is nothing stopping your dad from voting. Why do you continue to claim there is?
Let`s have DUI checkpoints on every mile of highway before the problem gets out of hand. Examples of people being arrested weekly just here on voter fraud? Absolute bullsh*t. None here in Pa.

Most DUI checkpoints don't catch people drunk driving. I would assume that you would agree that the few that are caught is a good thing. No?

That is a bit of a leap isn't it. I read the article, then went to the Columbus dispatch. What it actually says is the voter rolls are "bloated". I.e. it has people on them that shouldn't be any more do to Moving, death, etc

I don't think the argument is that a voter roll is always "up to date", etc. Yet this problem noted in the dispatch isn't fraud.

It is only fraud if someone uses the dead persons ID, the moved persons id, etc. to vote. And that is where there is a lack of evidence

1) unpurged voter rolls - true
2) unpurged voter rolls = fraud . . .not so fast.

I'm all for tackling fraud, if it exist. It should though. . be a bi-partisan effort and not something that was built from the ground up to hurt the other party. That is voter fraud, of a much wider scale.

Insignificant at best. Make 800,000 people jump through hoops because of 7 people? Our state house republican leader made it perfectly clear what this is about.

Pa. is spending at least $11 million to bring back Jim Crow. Money well spent?

Fraud or not, should we not clean up voter rolls?

The argument was that there was no cases in Pa. As noted this was only a small segment in one city.

So at least we have moved beyond the argument that there is no fraud being committed to one that you just don't think it's important enough to address.
