Have you heard of the oil for food fiasco? Have you heard of the UN troops raping children and sex trafficking in the congo among other places? Gimme a friggen break. They are supposed to be helping out the poor countries in need not raping and stealing from them.

I think it's time for the US to follow Canada's lead. The UN is a joke and it's mostly funded by US. But at the same time we need a constitutional amendment that the US cannot send troops into ANY combat situation without a formal declaration of war by the Congress and the Senate.
