Wouldn't global warming be a good thing? All the humans, or a lot of them would die and then the earth could recover.

I believe the science really suggest we are on the warm end of an ice age. It's going to get colder.

Not that I don't think we're ruining our earth, but we'll either die or figure it out, the earth will go on, life will go on. We are but 1 hominid species that haven't even been the most successful one to ever walk upright in the earth.

Calling me gullible does not change the evidence, and that evidence speaks volumes.
The only truthful evidence mankind has on global warming is nada, zip, nothing.....

It is beyond unbelievable that mankind in it's supreme egotism thinks it knows what drives the planetary climate...

And people who state "they know" are gullible fools.....

No, it is the people with their heads buried, the deniers of the hundreds of pieces of research done on climate showing that it is indeed happening, and that humans are at least partly to blame that are the fools....How many changes do you have to see before you will admit that you are wrong? Climate Change: Evidence

Fact.... sea levels are rising.

Fact....global temperatures are increasing.

Fact....The oceans are warming.

Fact....the ice sheets are shrinking

Fact....Arctic sea ice is declining

Fact....glaciers are retreating almost everywhere.

Fact....high temperature events are increasing and low temperate events are decreasing.

Fact....Oceans are becoming more acidic, an increase of 30% since the beginning of the industrial revolution..

I already showed your claim to be false, but you ran away from the thread and now are here again spreading the same garbage.

Regarding getting my info from blogs, There are links on that blog to the research.
The information I linked to is a NEW Scientific paper published by NASA scientists (who believe in CAGW) on Sept 14 this year.

The period covered in this paper is the SAME period your blogger was talking about. You need to get with the program. Go back to Jim Romm and figure out the new way to unexplain the facts.

Exactly how many times do we need to tell you you are wrong before you get it?

NASA scientists who are believers in CAGW and who have predicted an "ice free Arctic Sea" by 2015 because of global warming released a paper on Sept 12th 2012 (or there abouts) that clearly states Contitnetal ice is EXPANDING in Antarctica.

So if as you claim the Antarctic is gaining ice mass, how do you explain this?

The Pine Island Glacier is now one of the fastest moving in Antarctica, and NASA scientists say that every year it is losing ice.

The thinning and increasingly speedy glacier and several of its closest neighbors in West Antarctica are responsible for 7 percent of global sea level rise in recent years.

.
No, warming would be a good thing. Millions of acres of land would become available for food production.

Cooling would drastically reduce our ability to grow food and so people would starve.

Predictions are worth exactly what you pay for them. How many times do they have to fail before you will quit believing these alarmist predictions?
