No ... there is no amount of money sufficient to legitimize being a Christian in America these days. No tax can remove the target on your back.

Actually I don't think Jesus would oppose either, seeing as the way Church's act as political institutions these days and are in effect part of the government.

I can sure as heck guarantee he's not happy with the amount of money the Catholic Church hordes.
