Obviously, you failed at semantics.

It isn't the majority. The fact is that most firms aren't hiring because they don't have a reason to, which means there isn't enough demand.

Stop listening to Rush Limbaugh and Kook Brothers.

46% stated that concern about government regulations prevented them from hiring.

46% is nothing to disregard. It's more than the percentage of the popular vote Clinton got when he won the election in 1992.

The Gallup Poll results tell the truth. Live with it.

Over 70% said it's the lack of demand.

46% is low.

Businesses aren't worried about regulations.

That’s supported by recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, which shows employers attributing a small fraction of job losses to governmental regulations. In the first half of 2011, employers listed regulations as the cause of 0.2 to 0.3 percent of jobs lost as part of mass layoffs.

My source is accurate. Gallup specifically polled small businesses. They are stating THEIR perspective, not the BLS's. And it explains why small businesses aren't hiring any more new workers.

Your BLS source is talking about lost jobs. That's a completely different thing. It could mean jobs lost from a company going bankrupt, or jobs not filled after an employee leaves for whatever reason. It's just not the same thing.

Answer this question.

What's the number one reason why businesses aren't getting according to the poll you posted?

That's weird.....I'm sitting in one right now!!??

A private family corporation not part of any franchise.

Who knew my paycheck came from something that the OP says doesn't exist!!
The reason the govt believes that is because the govt is controlling shareholder of most if not all publicly traded corps. They profit with your taxes and they don't have to share or give it back. They have become the economy. True small business is the only area they do not own. They simply regulate and tax it. Pretty soon into oblivion it looks.

Why people believe giving more money to an entity that manages so poorly for the people it is supposed to benefit is beyond me.
