90 cover letters/resumes is nothing - especially if she graduated in May.
I had to move across the country for a fairly low paying job after graduating from one of the top colleges in the country in 2010. I had hundreds of resumes out - on top of the hundreds I started sending out long before I graduated. While I was focusing locally, the second I opened up my search nationally, I got much more interest.
Funny enough, I distinctly remember the OP being fairly rude when I complained about having trouble finding a job in my 4 months of unemployment.
PS - My office has hired about 6 people in the last 4 months. Two of them are recent grads.

We own a real estate company and property management and hear on a daily base people losing their homes due to foreclosure, short sales and not just because of the loss in value but due to cut in working hours, lost their job.....
Tenants who move out overnight or having to be evicted is also not a strange thing anymore due losing their job....Tenant
Very strange to hear of all the new jobs.....maybe another desperate thing to help Obama.....
I'm a class of 2012 grad with degree in Business Management and I have a FT job. Mid $35-40k salary with full benefits. Might not be much here in DC but four months ago I was as good as laid off at my old job in Louisville. Could be better but could be worse.
