Remember that when gas prices were high under Bush, it was because Bush and Cheney were in bed with the oil companies.

So now that they are high again, wouldn't the same apply to Obama?

Liberal Mindset?

Romney and gingrich are promising similar gas price items. . .the reality is Presidents have NOTHING to do with Gas prices. But oh, the unwashed masses seem to be swayed by Presidents promising to turn their sky red, and floating bricks. I for one tune out the nonsense. its just political smoke and I see no party better or worse at it than the other

Remember that Obama said he didn't have any problem at all with high gasoline prices, he only wished they'd have skyrocketed slowly.

X2, W gave us the highest gas prices in US history and raised the price more than any other president ever. But that's a good thing, just as long as an (R) is doing it,..

I'm sure you're going to tell me that actually you are a very successful business man. That's good!! You can lie to us but not yourself. For you sake, for your families sake, go become a productive member of society, this is self destructive.
What's really sad is stalking someone else's post count. Maybe you should go out and get a job.

Do what I do.....if I don't want to see someone post, I put them on ignore. My list is up to around 15 by now. Try it. It makes reading so much more pleasant.

Nothing says going forward, like going backwards. What Obamas slogan should have been.

At least Bush could blame the wars, while Obama blamed failed energy policies of the White House.. wait, until he moved there.

Another insane clueless thread.
Crude oil in 10/2009 was $51.00 a barrel.
Is the OP accusing Obama of fixing the price of crude oil now.

Did anyone know that on Sept. 1, 2001, gas prices spiked to $5.00 a gallon? it's true.
The right wing mindset is sure awfully strange.
they still think that 2+2=3

The OP never accused Obama of fixing the price, they just pointed out the hypocracy in left wingers attacking it then, while now celebrating it.

Thanks for giving him another example.

Exactly.....wars in the Middle East always cause gas prices to increase.

Obama withdrew from Iraq and Afghanistan doesn't affect oil prices as much. So the price should have gone down.

But you are correct when you say Obama and Liberals are hypocrites in that they said gas prices were high under Bush because he and Cheney were in bed with the oil companies.

So should we assume Obama is in bed wit them too?

Why is he different?
