An ignored 13 minute clip on the internet months before defies common sense in a cause... no one in their right mind in fairness to reason would believe this incident was directly caused by this clip...why then would anyone insist that the attack was in retaliation of an internet clip?
All reps insisted and therefore suggested greater intel and info....If all who insisted cannot produce known foundation for the adamant position, all are liable for not just releasing baseless misleading information, but an intent to deceive. This is the problem...they all collectively insisted suggesting privileged information which they self admittedly now cannot produce...all WH reporting was "firm" with nothing so far to substantiate and therefore an intentional, collectively organized and mutually agreed upon fabrication.

Hillary can't be arrested. She's in charge of an investigation into what happened in her State Department.
She says she should have the results of the investigation by next Spring.
And if her investigation shows that she did anything wrong, I'm sure she'll hold herself accountable.
Could be her succesor will have the results sooner than that.

What's funny though is that in private business that would never wash.
Look at JPMorgan's 6 billion dollar trade blunder. They had that investigated and dealt with within a week and moved on.
The administration is blaming the intelligence community (not the FBI) for misinformation, which they are not taking very lightly. The intelligence community was telling the administration what happened (I believe it took about 24 hours) - that it was a pre-meditated attack, but the WH kept going with their own theory that it was because of the video, until they couldn't keep that up and finally acknowledged it was a pre-meditated attack.
That would be the intelligence community that gives briefings Obama doesn't attend? So who in the intelligence community said an Internet video from the summer was responsible.
oKAY.......she's not gonna testify because of a "wink" "wink" ..... head injury.
Why are they letting her get away with this????

She and Petraeus are off the hook for sure. I even wonder if the Petraeus "affair" is for real. And Hilary's "concussion." The excuses are getting more outrageous and creative any time someone has to testify (aside: looks like several are now "indisposed" to testifying re: Libor scandal).
If she goes to jail it should be right behind the whole bush administration, why is'nt that being asked?
