Tempering the propaganda--on both sides--wouldn't be such a bad thing, would it?

Very telling that this thread focused more on the idea that the man was upset by the prospect of an Obama victory then on the fact that he was mentally ill.
Pretty disgusting - almost on par with the people who trivialize mental illness by labeling adherents to a particular political persuasion of suffering from one.
The evidence that we are able to analyze shows that this man killed his family because he was mentally ill - not because of politics.
Even I didn't think that the liberals could stoop this low as to promote a story like this in the light it was portrayed.

This was a very disturbed individual, whom i beleive used the idea of Obama winning, as a means to kill his family. And he is mental.
No politician winning is worth the loss of a family member by someone who uses politics as their means to do this evil.
This really is a tragedy, and i always feel so sorry for the children.
I myself know since Obama has been in office 22 families mind you who have lost jobs and so many their homes also, putting strains on the marriages and family life.
But not a single one, ever felt that taking their own life or their family lifes, would be worth it. They keep on plugging along, faith has to help them along. People who believe in themselves, and are positive are fighters, and that i respect.
Hinckley shot Reagan to impress Jody Foster. A crazy person is obviously not rational, and what they do doesn't always make sense.
