On the contrary, if gayness is genetic than after generations of openly embraced gayness eventually you will go extinct. The gay community already sees normal humans as 'breeders' who are killing the planet with over population. There is absolutely no trend of gay people having children, nor any glimpses on the horizon of one.
If however it is learned/chosen behavior and not a born condition, well...we will know soon enough wont we.
So is it safe to say that being gay is a birth defect? Surely a man is not suppose to be born with the dna that would cause him to be attracted to and prefer a man as a sexual partner over that of a woman and vice versa. The same as any other birth defect such as down syndrome. Its something that is not natural.

There's plenty of avenues to have children, even if the entire world was gay. Heck, there's even progress in the field of not needing men in order to get pregnant.

It's a natural process to have a minority of members of one species to be homosexual.

Hold on.....this thread and discussion is implicating children with sexual desire and therefore an immoral consideration from the outset. Saying let him be who he is....is a comment which considers the sexual desires of a child and should be reported in the context and inference within and along with the OP initiative. Adult interest in the sexual desires of children is illogical as well abnormal which can only suggest a root perverted expectation in discovery.
I suppose that puts Sigmund Freud, Havelock Ellis, Wilhelm Reich, William Masters and Virginia Johnson, et al. in their place. You would probably agree if you had ever heard of any of those people.
Youngsters have nothing to do with homosexuality unless they are abused. Suggesting that a youngster is a homosexual is abuse by suggestion, a youngster has not even reached puberty. These are public forums and can be read by anyone.
I specifically affirm that many youngsters are homosexual.
