It is one of today's biggest myths that back in the bad old days if applicant A had a higher GPA then applicant B then applicant A would get in. It never happened that way. Schools have always taken a wide variety of factors into consideration in determining who get's in

They should remove the race question automatically. People should get in because they have the qualifications.

Race based admission violates in public universities the civil rights of many. Race should not be a factor.

If its a private school then let them decide their own admission criteria.

I was thinking the same. She just wasn't qualified.

I don't know what evidence she can bring to the table unless she has access to every student who applied and was accepted at the time that she applied.
