My guess is it had nothing to do with Obama except the location of the election office is in a crime ridden minority neighborhood. Bullets fly around there like bugs over dog doo.
I was wondering about that. Seems that I remember that there are areas in Denver, sort of like Miami, where there are turf wars and people get killed by those stray bullets, and I thought it was near the downtown area, but can't remember for sure. Of course, that photo certainly looked like a direct hit. And the article said the police had information about a particular vechile they are looking for.....and reviewing video from the area.
