Yes, most Presidents admit that ... at the end of the day ... as the CEO of the nation, the final responsibility is his.
So, George W. Bush was personally responsible for the attacks on the World Trade Center buildings on 9/11 and the horrific loss of life, for the changes in our society which followed, and for the hundreds of thousands of needless deaths of our soldiers and innocent residents of Iraq, Afghanistan .. and God only knows where else.
How many of those people in the WTC were employed by the government of the US? The One did say it like that, in case you missed it in his words. He said he was responsible for the employees of the government and you just pulled a leaner trick and tried to compare those words with what happened to the WTC. Nice try that most leaners will go along with although it is not so smart.

1) Attack the messenger (in this case hard because there is a video of Obama saying it)
2) Attack the poster with lame attacks like that he's a paid poster
3) DEFLECT (usually by blaming Bush)

I have respect for Hillary coming forward, to take blame and responsibility, for our 4 Americans who were killed. No respect for the man in charge of this Country, who tried, to lie and manipulate the real true facts.
And blame it on days on out, on something which it never was , a gosh dang movie video, liars all of them.
Hillary gets nothing from me when she stuck with the terrorist thing for nearly two weeks and was called in by her boss for a talk and two days later took all the blame off his shoulders. Nope, she is nothing but a politician.
