I think the person running this establishment has a keen eye for what will set his business apart from the mediocre. Very cute girls that are not ashamed of their bodies. Look at this photo by a recent hire. She is so happy she got hired, and I'm happy for her. There is nothing distasteful about this.

Too bad you aren't on the payroll of their sales team - because you just convinced me to patronize them at least once.

I had never heard of them before I came across this thread. Going to check out their website right now.

Ah - they are in Long Beach.

No wonder I have never heard of them.

Pathetic?

What is wrong with having company standards?

I'd think one would want to be in shape to wear the outfit......doesn't really leave a lot of room for extra skin to be hanging out.......After all people are eating

Nothing stopping her from buying her own red kilt, red brassiere, and white "twisted up to squeeze her boobs" shirt and just .. eating lunch there. I'd also take my lunch outside and make out with a woman. Because, hey, PG-13 family values. I bet men woud dig it. Some women might, too. A cutie in a kilt swapping kisses with some other chick in the parking lot.

It's a free country, right? You got the power to discriminate. She has the power to wear a kilt to your kilted T&A market. No, wait, I'd do a flashmob of fat people in kilts at their restaurants. For decades. Granny in a kilt, gramps in a kilt, your 4 year old, screaming son in a kilt.

Good times for the geeezers ogling young women. WoAh, granny just blocked my view of the TV in her kilt. WOAH pull up that kilt, grandpa! And why stop with red kilts. Spongebob kilts, Darth Vader kilts, Peewee Herman kilts. The list in endless. Think of a 300lb tuna eating some wings in front of you and they are wearing a Jabba the Hut kilt. That would be awesome.

At first I thought that she looked fine from her original pic, couldn't exactly imagine why they couldn't work with someone her size, as she wasn't a overly huge behemoth like I was expecting from this story, but now seeing the uniform, I do agree, and I do understand -why- the owner turned her down.

She's a cute girl, this just isn't the job for her.

I think their oral skills are, "May I take your order?".

Since they pass that test daily, I guess the thread is closed?
