^^^^^Amen to that, but unfortunately some brain dead folks do believe whatever Obama says, starting with our liberal media, with a handful of exceptions.

Well, I'm getting really sick and tired of it ... especially when some one tells me that I'm pulling "stuff" out of my rear ... and particularly when none of this "stuff" is a big secret, and all one needs is enough raw intelligence to reckon "this number bigger and that number smaller".

What is it with people today that just love the lies and hate the truth? I just don't understand this love affair liberals have with anything and everything that is untrue .... and it seems that the more untrue and the bigger the lie, the better they love it.

Ah - the idle rich "job creators" again... Where are they now with their tax breaks still in effect? Even more breaks are needed?

They won't support it, because they want Obama to fail. They have said as much.

Screwing Obama is more important than helping Americans to the GOP. That is why they need to be shamed and scuttled this election.

Jeez, the corporate-owned "liberal" media. Like corporations want "socialists" to win and not repugs. Give me a break.
Remember "Obama the socialist" The Right's favorite whipping boy - suddenly the favorite of "corporate mainstream media"? You want it both ways.

If Republicans pass these jobs bills and everything falls flat on its face, we can say the Democrat policies and ideas didn't work. I for one may vote differently. Instead, we are getting nothing done with Republicans blocking everything so we have absolutely nothing to base the results on.
The only reason republicans would vote for it is so they can say hey lookie I voted for it. That is all this bill is. Just election year fodder. It won't help anything. If it would have you would have seen companies backing this like crazy, you would have seen lawmakers in July when it was put up screaming at the heavens to get it passed. But no what did we see.........not much. Well until this last week when they pull out the bill for the very reason they put it up which is to make noise at election time. And folks eat it up like gravy.

About 14% of U.S. companies surveyed by a Massachusetts Institute of Technology professor definitely plan to move some of their manufacturing back home—the latest sign of growing interest among executives in a strategy known as "reshoring."

...and even if not 1 company decides to 'reshore' their manufacturing, why are you against the other provision in the bill that ends write offs for offshoring?

Just admit that the reason the GOP killed the bill is to not allow President Obama any kind of legislation that is good for this country...admit that the GOP are nothing but a bunch of treasonous pigs.
Who said I was against anything. I can see a BS bill though. Apparently you folks can't. Did you even know about this bill in July? Were you screaming about it then? Nobdoy was. That tells you why it was written. Not to help anything but to gain political points at the opportune time. Keep howling away because that is what they wanted the entire time and the useful idiots never disappoint.

You're totally ignoring all the previous posts concerning repug obstructionism, as though it doesn't exist. They don't want it passed. So of course you "didn't see much".
And how would you know if companies are backing it or not?
The bill, introduced in July 2009, designed for no other reason than to "make noise" at election time? With "in-depth analysis" like this, it's no wonder the desperate Right is losing it's credibility.

Did it ever occur to you that the exact opposite is also true and Liberals think its the righties that are the biggest liars,BSer's,haters etc.,
As an example Take this recent and all too usual righty first post to a topic and tell me what you think a Liberal is going to think.
Starts off OK a debatable topic could ensue but doesnt take long for the derogatory Barry Hussein moniker to arise and it just goes downhill from there to a point where further discourse is irrelevant, but thats ok as debate was never the topics intent, feeding the op's addiction to printing hateful rhetoric seems to be the topics only purpose.
Read many of the topics and posts in the political section emninating from the right and they mostly exhibit a similar theme.

Quote:
Candy Crowley should be terminated from her job. 1. Her behavior was not consistent with the job she was directed to do tonight. 2.. She did not allocate time properly allowing Barry Hussein 4 more minutes to speak 3. By her own admission, she interjected her opinion and was WRONG. Inexcusable. She is disgusting, dressed like a pig, and is the fattest vegetarian Ive ever seen in my life. She doesnt belong on the air

I usally don't post in the P and C forum any longer, but with Obamacare, the corporations would not be paying for employees heath care expenses would they?
That would therefore cut out a major expense for them right?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but why are they forcing Americans to chose between a job and healthcare?

If the bill was no good, why didn't Republicans just state that in the first place instead of tagging on a bill to repeal Obamacare?
