Which I do, but it still breaks apart the theory that Rome fell because Chik Fil A stopped condemning gay marriages

Libertarians are funny about wanting smaller government that way.

Note: It does say a lot about the condition of a society when it must pass laws to protect the sanctity of marriage. Every time marriage takes this course, when civilizations become obsessed with their own perversions, they tend to wither and die. Look at Rome.
What a joke. You talk about your religious beliefs, yet you spread lies and hate towards God's children. Most of the nations that have same-sex marriage are doing better than we are. And sanctity of marriage is an illusion. Your idols like Rush Limbaugh have proven that. Rome fell due to over extending its resources, and the rise of Christianity. Had absolutely nothing to do with gays or same-sex marriage. Same-sex marriage was prevalent through all or most of Rome's history, during it's ultimate rise in power.

No, actually the rise of Christianity is a leading cause of Rome's fall. Not the only one, but it was a contributor. People didn't start being religious only after Rome began to fall.

No, the fundmentals of Romes fall began well before the rise of Christianity, the Rise of Christianity was an effect, not a cause of the fall of Rome.

But back to the Orginal question, is 41 states with the vast Majority of the US population already have laws regarding SSM, DOMA is almost irrelvent, because of the state laws themselves.
