Did he pay 0 child support or simply less than what was ordered? The kids say he wasn't a dead beat dad. I'll take their word for it.

The kid's mom and a judge say otherwise.

Walsh owed over $130,000 in child support for years of neglect. I think he spent it on his girlfriend(s)

1. Having gone through a nastey divorce and child support, because a mom says it means nothing.. I had to show my son canceled checks and my pay stubs to prove his mother was a liar.
2.. because a judge says it doesn't mean it is so either. I was determined to be in arears even tho I had canceled checks and bank statements to prove otherwise. The judge said that because it didnt go through DRS he wouldn't count it as paid.
The Children say otherwise who to believe? I am going to side with the children on this one.
As for the opponent pulling this? She would have lost my vote for the simple fact she actually doesnt care that it might be hurting the family.
You think he spent it on girl friends? You have any evidence or is this another case of he must be guilty because you say so?

Duckworth responded by saying that Walsh is the only one who has hurt his family.

Walsh can dish it out, but he sure can't take it.

Poor baby.
