Even CNN and MSNBC are running the Reuters story on their websites. I'm sure their commentators will find excuses for Obama, but at least the headline --- "White House Told Of Militant Claim 2 Hours After Libya Attack" --- will reach some fair-minded people. Who knows, maybe some 'journalists' will be angered themselves after being played for saps for weeks by the WH.
Good point. I did notice that CNN put it up. Surprised the MSNBC did. Interesting to see how they comment on it on tv. But it is getting out there, surprisingly. I dont expect Tingles to do nothing but spin or ignore it, given that just the other day he was blasting a young voter, as Tingles still claims it was all about a video.
Journalists angered? You're kidding right? They're told what premise they're to report based upon the agency's owners and shareholders party affiliations.
You lost any requirement for fair and balanced reportage when you allowed your greed based monopolistic ownership of all your major media.
Now you're stuck with it. There's no surprise here.

Outside of Fox News, there have been only two mainstream folks that have really covered this heavily over the past month or so. Sharyl Attkinsson of CBS and Jake Tapper of ABC. Though they have been largely lone wolfs on it within their organizations.

Every time something in the middle east happens, a dozen groups claim responsibility via various methods of communication. You could claim responsibility. Still doesn't make it so.
From the Reuters article:
One U.S. intelligence official said that during the first classified briefing about Benghazi given to members of Congress, "carefully laid out the full range of sparsely available information, relying on the best analysis available at the time." "Briefers said extremists were involved in attacks that appeared spontaneous, there may have been a variety of motivating factors, and possible links to groups such as (al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and Ansar al-Sharia) were being looked at closely," the official said.
Of course, these supposed 'leaked' emails could be forgeries..........
Nah.....who would do that.

It's consistently amazing how better informed Fox viewers are. Yes, there are a few lone wolves here and there but for the most part, Fox is by far the best place for news. Drives liberals nuts.
MOST people do care about the economy and Obama has failed miserably. Now we know that Obama has failed miserably in foreign policy and abjectly lied to the American public in an effort to cover his incompetence.

It's a post in a dangerous part of the world. The Americans that serve in places like that understand the inherent risk. They got killed, which sucks. But that's not the first time, and it won't be the last either.
You may as well move on, because that's the only choice you're left with anyway.
You seem to not have a clue what an Ambassador is and does. What you're saying is the same thing as saying if something horrible befell the prez, well, he knows the risk so tough kitty.
Sorry. It doesn't work that way. Not for people with brains and hearts.

Taking it in the most favorable light for Obama, all but his most rabid lapdogs must admit he put the attack on the movie. He never offered a phrase like 'a variety of motivating factors.' Didn't present extremist groups as the possible attackers. Whre was the 'range' of what happened and why.
If you're one of those lapdogs, you'll reject the obvious --- he wanted the public to believe that a bunch of people angry and insulted by a movie spontaneously decided to attack the consulate in Benghazi.
