Well does he? Anybody can answer this question btw.Me personally since I am pro-choice,I think men just need to sit down, and shut the hell up. That's probably one of the reasons why I should vote for Obama.

I'm a man and no I think it is the woman's choice.

As long as the fetus is dependent on the mother for life, it is essentially part of her body. We've never said a man has control over any other part of a woman's body (at least not since we started treating women equally).

The sperm donor has to BE MARRIED to the woman to have any say in the matter. He then has some legal recourse if she aborts a healthy fetus.

Yes. Especially if its my child. Murder my kid and I will sue your butt in court. I would even try and get murder charges brought against someone that did that. In general yes its murder sometimes we have justifiable homicide such in this case would be if the mother or child's life was in danger, mental or physical problems from either, rape or incest.

Then don't sleep with a woman who doesn't agree with your views on abortion. Easy peesy.

so, you're all for the dad paying child support until the kid is 18... but no say whatsoever on abortion? That doesn't sound right.

There are issues where women seem to want all sides.

They want to abort or not abort.
They want men to have no choice or to pay if the woman chooses to keep the child.

Didn't the man's genetics get involved here and aren't they in the child the woman is choosing life or death over?

If the man has no say, he should maybe not have to pay support unless he wants the child? Would that be fair or is this only a woman's right to everything?

A child who has been born is not part of a woman's body. I said I don't think men should have control over a woman's body.

They definitely do have rights when it comes to a child. Both responsibilities (child support etc) and privileges (custody rights that are determined, etc). Even if they split the mom doesn't automatically get all rights to the child. The courts determine who will best raise the child and what the appropriate arrangement is concerning the rights of both parents to have a say regarding the child.
