Have you ever been through a hurricane?

Appearantly not, and also the ground underneath is shaking! it is a hurricane, what the hell hype are you talking about.

Do you understand what hype is being spoken about. When people's lives are at risk, and our elderly, that is no hype.

usually if you stand on the beach knee deep in water with waves crashing on you during a hurricane it's gonna look bad.

I used to live in Miami, (so yes, I do know hurricanes, thankyew), and the reporters would seek out the one giant puddle on the side of the road and stand in the middle of it, trying to act like the whole place was flooded. Unfortunately, the cameraman would sometimes swing over to show the 'destruction' of a building, (a window blown out) and you would see the cars on the streets on slightly wet pavement, not a bit of flooding to be found.
