That's shows how " bipartisan" liberals are!!!!

They will ruin our kids and grand children's future!!!!

I hear you, but frankly, I'd like to see Obama win. Then he can look McConnell in the eye and say "Your treasonous plain failed. Now get your azz to work punk!"

Obama will not need to seek reelection, but McConnell will, and he will cave. Hopefully, this nasty chapter will recede into history, and both parties will try to actually do their jobs.

McConnell said that in 2010 after Obama had already done more harm than good.

Transcript of the interiew. McConnell made his remarks in an interview that appeared in the National Journal on Oct. 23, 2010nearly two years after Obama was elected president. The interview took place on the eve the of the midterm elections.

McConnell: The single most important thing we want to achieve is for President Obama to be a one-term president.

National Journal: Does that mean endless, or at least frequent, confrontation with the president?

McConnell: If President Obama does a Clintonian backflip, if he’s willing to meet us halfway on some of the biggest issues, it’s not inappropriate for us to do business with him.

Dems want us to think that McConnell wanted Obama to fail from the beginning but that comment was 2 years after Obama was elected.

Was easily defeatable. All The right had to do was run a rational opponent. Could not manage that.

The Demos will hold and even if not will still be able to block. And Romney is not a guy who compromises well. So we will have standoff until Hilary in 2016. Likely with a large Demo surge in 2014 when Romney fails to produce and the economy worsens.

Don't think this is the way it went down. And McConnell was not alone.
