That would make it a square and not a triangle, and Arkansas is not nearly as bad as the other three IMO.

I live in Oklahoma City. Piedmont isn't far. Honestly, it's a tiny town. The cops I'm sure have literally nothing better to do. That ticket was probably the most police action he'd gotten himself into in months. Pretty ridiculous. That'll get thrown out I'm sure.

I wonder if the officer has OCD or is merely anal? The most the officer should have done was stop the little boy and notify his mom. Bet that officer is really proud of himself! His department should get a copy of his ticket and frame it for him. They can give it to him as a "going away" present,...going away from being a police officer.

Two pages of post and not one Long Horns/Sooners insult. I'm amazed!

Americans can sleep well, knowing that the Bible Belt delivered heavy handed justice to this three year old sex offender.

This is just an excuse to get revenue! Plain and simple! Seriously? Like a 3 year old knows any better! At least the kid didn't pee his pants for cryin' out loud! It's the s*** that cops like this pull that give good cops a bad name!

Poor kid is probably going to be traumatized into recurrent bladder infections for the rest of his life for being scared into harmfully retaining from now on.
Either that or it'll cause an opposite reaction and every time he sees a cop, he's going to pizz his pants.
Think there's a law suit here for potential emotional/medical costs?

Befehl ist Befehl, jah?

The kid should thank his lucky starts he's not going to be on a sex offender registry for the rest of his life - because that's fast becoming the default punishment doled out for taking a leak in public. Not that I'm in favor of public urination, but perhaps a sense of proportion in the legal system would be a good idea, here in the Land of the Free?
