That would be an amateur move with half the fine of the actual offense. A "Conspiracy to publicly urinate" conviction would probably put $5000 in the public coffers and would be what a seasoned prosecutor would go for. |

Well as bad as Oklahoma is, statistically there is no worse state to live in than West Virginia. Compared to West Virginia, Oklahoma is paradise. |
