That is all most cops are for in small towns. Revenue collectors. They sit around and harass the citizens for going 23 in a 20 and the like. Kids go out to TP on homecoming and they confiscate all the TP from em and on and on. Don't even think about shooting fireworks on the 4th. I learned the hard way. lol

So...how old do you have to be before it's public urination?

If this was in their own yard, I would fight the heck out of this ticket and get the cop written up.

I should be able to do a naked boobie dance in my front yard if I want to.
