i recall when a PU charge was 50 bucks, and even that seemed outrageous. $2500?
the judge will probably throw it out.

In the first place you have no idea what these people are so your assumption is ignorant, second it was a child doing what comes naturally, there was no crime committed.
Crimes must satisfy certain criteria, one being someone was victimized and another being intent.
Neither of those criteria were met, there is no crime.

I can't believe all the pansy liberals on here defending this scofflaw. The law is the law - you can't expose yourself in public. Not only is the fine appropriate, he should be added to the sex offender registry.
