I was going to post this but didn't want to embed the video on this site since it was so vulgar (the link I had was to YouTube).
When I listened to it (for many minutes), my initial thought was of C-D P&OC. I would not be surprised at all if this women was a regular here. She's shellymicAB on YouTube.

You are right. She's particularly distraught that people would not share/like her videos on youtube. She appears to be a very lonely person.
It's sad really, and it's even sadder that there are a lot more people like her out there.
