how are they going to force me and other to turn over anything they declare illegal? do they really think that we will just turn them in? sure, you will get some that will just go down and turn them in, but i suspect that alot will not turn them in.
the local cops wont like this order, because they are the ones that have to risk getting their butts shot. hence, that would force the feds to do the collecting themselves.
use the military? I dont think that will happen anytime soon either. the civilian employees of the atf, fbi, dea and others will have to do all the confiscating themselves, and they sure as heck better bring a lunch, because they will be having very long days as millions of firearm owners refuse to turn in firearms just because congress passes some illegal law.
