They would have MILLIONS of people moving to Texas to live in freedom so I think that would offset the empires bases leaving or being taken over by the Republics army. NASA was shut down essentially since we have a president who isn't bright enough to see the reason we need NASA...not entirely surprised by that though the average iq and all...Like I said if Texas goes others will as well.
Then it would be a win/win situation for all involved. Those MILLIONS who move to Texas will no doubt raise the average IQ levels of both Texas and the states they leave.
I think all this vitriol and demonization of Texas and it's people is a lot like the attitude in Europe toward Jews in the early 1930s. Since when is it acceptable to the left to stereotype, and engage in hate speech directed at people because of where they live?
Seems quite hypocritical, not to mention pretty damn ignorant - really lowbrow humor.

Some people on the right stereotype those who live in San Francisco, certain Northeastern cities, etc... I don't agree with all the stereotyping that is done on C-D, whether it comes from the left or right...but it happens.
I honestly think that some of the stereotyping is done out of jealousy...
It has a coast and many ports, plenty of agriculture, big cities with employment, lots of guns, oil deposits, woodlands, great people, and room to grow.

Their true colors come out, don't they.
I don't really argue it anymore. Sometimes I even play them back... maybe it keeps the real ignorants and haters from moving here.

The core of conservatism is exclusion. This idea of succession is the ultimate exclusion. conservatives want to have a nation and exclude the millions and millions of Americans they hate.
There's a super easy way to sign off federal government socialism, don't accept a single penny of federal funding!
I agree. And don't collect any taxes for the federal government. Nor pay taxes as citizens or businesses to the federal government. That goes along with seccession.

That's why I said what I said - this sort of vitriol, stereotyping, and hypocrisy definitely undermines the integrity of ANY argument, regardless of which party or ideology it comes from.
