For all of those Republicans who are saying that ObamaCare hurts businesses...I agree. I have always agreed. It helps insurance companies, but does nothing to control the costs of Health Care. The solution...the next step - Universal Healthcare.

Take employers out of the mix...reduce their costs, which will make them more internationally competitive and bring down the costs of health care.

Win, Win. Who is with me. This is what we have wanted from the very beginning. Obamacare is a start, but probably the real next step is a public option for people who want to opt out of employer provided health insurance to govt. provided health care.

I am with you, let's cut to the chase here and get this done in the next 4 years.

Employers shouldn't be handling insurance anyways, it's a burden to them.

All of those pro business republicans should get on board. This would be a major cost reduction for employers and would finally reign in the cost of health care.

I am generally against universal healthcare, but it is far preferable to Obamacare. If Obamacare gets fully implemented in its current form its going to be catastrophic for our economy.

Well I agree that universal healthcare is preferable to Obamacare. Now if we can get congress on our side. Both Democrats and Republicans have taken a lot of money from insurance companies. It is going to be hard road, but we can do it.

I have always viewed Obamacare as a step to UHC.

Just about every country in the world has UHC, it's time we catch up and relieve our corporations of this large overhead hit to their bottom line.

When they took out the public option, it gutted Obama Care. The next step is going to have to be to put the public option back in, but I would happy to go straight to UHC>

We have to cure the "right" in this country of thinking that UHC leads to Serfdom.

Canadian UHC doesn't cover illegals or visitors...as an example.

Besides illegals are getting free care now.
