More liberal tolerance from the LGBTQ crowd in Maine:

Vandals trash traditional marriage signs in Maine

“'Free speech is just about dead in some parts of Portland,' said TFP Student Action Director John Ritchie. 'Every time our volunteers put up yard signs in favor of traditional marriage on Congress Street, pro-homosexual advocates damaged or destroyed them. In less than five minutes, the signs were all vandalized. When new ones went up, those were trashed too,' he said. 'We found zero tolerance. Zero fairness. Zero free speech.'”

First off marriage shouldn't be in quotes - a marriage of two persons of the same gender is just as valid as a marriage of two persons of opposite genders. Just because you wish it so, doesn't make it a reality.

Second they are not pro-homosexual advocates - they are advocates for equality. Given your penchant for all things Christian, you should understand that Jesus was all for equality; no one was better or worse than another and no one deserved special treatment - all deserved equal treatment; something equal marriage advocates are working hard to ensure.

In other words, vandalism and destruction of private property is perfectly fine with you in this case. Because it's in the name of equality. OK.

I'm very impressed with how tidy the people of Maine are. Most people yanked out the signs and walked them right over to the trash and dumped them in. Good job Maine. Keep America Beautiful.

I'm not surprised to see the homosexual activists showing no regard for others' freedom of speech and private property. They've shown no tolerance or respect for others anywhere else.

They really should stop trying to legislate acceptance of their lifestyle. I don't seek public approval of my lifestyle. I just live my life as I want and ignore anyone who hates me.

They are criminals no more no less, they have no right to steal those signs. Marriage is between a man and woman all the rest is just in your head and I mean as a confusion, mental illness.
