I can't tell if this is a joke or if this is how some people recover from 'traumatic' events.

It's always entertaining to hear liberal fanatics express such a sincere desire that Republicans do better.

Hell yes I am joining the Democrats. As soon as I get my card I am looking for the handout line. I am tired of supporting my family and self. I will let Obama support us. I think the rest of the Republicans should do the same. I will find the line and notify the rest of you. "Us is gonna live offa Obamus."

Based on the loony comments from Republicans here, here is where the rightwing wackos are now:
1) Denial
2) Anger <-------
3) Bargaining
4) Depression
5) Acceptance

We do have a large party in America. Independents. We may register as Republican or as Democrats but we vote as we see it. But clearly America is going in a direction. Our national debts indicate a lack of responsibility just as a personal private debt out of control would indicate the same.

I don't buy the argument. It was NORTHERN Republicans that played a major role in Civil Rights, it was Nixon who proposed the earned income tax credit and the Affordable Health Care Act was based largely on Republican proposals. I think they just have to return being the Party of intellectual rigor, intelligent compromise and most importantly, sanity.

Yes I did see, but I don't think you did. Obama barely won, even with massive media bias, and Republicans increased their number in the House. There is no way you can spin that as America not being interested in conservatism.

The only reason Obama even won is because a hurricane gave him a chance to finally act like a leader right before the election. If that storm hadn't happened he probably wouldn't have been re-elected, even the liberal bloggers agree that the storm helped him.
