Repubicans and the NRA cried about this in 2008 and gun sales and ammo sales skyrocketed to record levels. Fast forward 4 years and not one gun was taken away. Now they are at it again so go ahead and buy more guns so the manufactorers and the NRA can make more money and more money from you fools who believe everything the NRA says.
I didn't see anything in that video that said anything about the NRA and just in case you didn't watch it the man was a really intelligent sounding and good looking very dark skinned man. Now you know more about the video than any of your buddies preceding you.
So here's what you do, Roy. The moment you see a really big, fake white horse coming up your driveway grab all your guns and run out the back door.
You might want to yell "From my cold, dead hands!!" a couple of times to alert your neighbors.
That may not work for me since my back door opens onto a different street than the first one, since I live on a corner. I don't own any firearms so it won't take me lone to scoop up all of them.

After years of dire warnings that President Obama was going to 'take our guns', I see the Amendment II hysterics have learned nothing. About the only firearms legislation President Obama signed during his first term was a law that allowed conceal and carry in National Parks where allowed by the state in which the park is located.
One would think that the last four years would have taught the 'Obama is coming for our guns!' crowd that their empty claims were a losing hand, but that would require a degree of introspection.
Gotta love these fear tactics. I just gotta say, I immensely enjoyed reading this thread. Did you notice that half of conservative arguments against Obama are things he hasn't even done... [yet... dun dun DUN!].
You haven't enjoyed it one bit more than I have and I have supposedly been the butt of the jokes thrown around by the leaners. I do get a kick out of getting all of you wound out, though.
Yes Roy, just like in 2008...the gun and ammo sellers are stoking your irrational fears all the way to the bank.
I did hear that there have been more than 1 million background checks this year than last and that was before the election. I may have to buy my first firearm this week since so many leaners have them now.
These same rumors are like clock work and it is a wonder people do not catch on. There is the President is going to declare Marshall law and cancel the elections,Iran is months away from having a nuke, and the liberals are coming for our guns.
Even though I am loaded to the teeth I could never ever take on a military, the choices would be fight to die or give them up to live.
I used to talk about martial law, I guess since I didn't know that we had a general Marshall to call it after. I was sure that if Axelrod thought his boy might lose that may happen. Darn, thanks for the help with the spelling of martial.
