I don't think its about the affair now, I think its more about the confidential information that this woman may have had access to, and that she may have communicated publicly. Although it is being officially denied by the CIA, her claims to a room full of people at a speaking event that prisoners were being held by the CIA in Benghazi is a huge deal and deserves to be investigated as far as possible.

Actually the mainstream media did cover Benghazi heavily for weeks. However, objective news reporters were not going to cover the fabricated conspiracy theories being spewed by the Republican machine.

News Flash, since the beginning of time, a lot of men haven't been able to keep it zipped up. To give the media the benefit of doubt, I would say sex sells. I do believe though, there is more going on here and that kinda freaks me out.

Agreed...even if everything was on the up and up (minus the infidelity issues) we should always be concerned if the director of the CIA or any other person with such power and knowledge becomes susceptible to a situation where blackmail is a serious threat to influence their behavior.

Her claim does deserve to be investigated---BEHIND CLOSED DOORS WITH THE RESULTS KEPT FROM THE PUBLIC AND THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY. Why do Americans think that everything our CIA does should be vetted by the public? Some cover-ups, for our own good, need to be kept covered-up regardless of what FOX news says.

Wow, you seem angry...get over it. Did I say we need to air the CIA's business to the general public? Some of you people have such a hard-on for bringing Fox news into every conversation and trying to belittle anyone that has an opinion that doesn't 100% jive with your own. For your information I don't watch or listen to Fox news...but from what I can tell they are probably just as over opinionated and aggressive as you with your all caps yelling above.

Oh, and additionally...the media SHOULD be pushing this issue to the limit in terms of public/secret information or else it will never get investigated and sorted out. I dont care if its Fox news or The Onion, as long as someone is holding people accountable we will be in good shape. Its not a pretty or painless process but it needs to happen.

I agree that we aren't supposed to know what goes on in the CIA (or the FBI for that matter). Seriously, if we know, that means everybody knows = not good. I was greeted with a headline from MSN when I turned on my computer today (I quit watching cable news quite some time ago). All the fuss is way too much overkill imo, which leads to the question of why?

The lady from Tampa who is married with a medical Dr. is in foreclosure and has a lot of debt so they believe that they can cash in for the story...at least hat is what the local radio mentioned.

It seems Holder knew about this for month so another cover up and i bet that Holder will not come back next year and from what I have learned the mess is going to start with the Chicago insiders going to be in charge...OMG

4 DEAD AMERICANS is no conspiracy theory Pal. Still something very fishy about that whole dang situation, something not quite adding up. Anyone with a brain, can sense this.

This here case, needs to be investigated, so we know true details.

The other scandal, we will most likely never know the truth, of why 4 Americans died, a senesless death and so untimely, if only they would have gotten the requested security, if! but we know they were refused, how awful, and that ain't no conspiracy theory, that is truth. That did not need to happen?
