The moderators are not sleeping. They let the message get out and then they will clean it up after thousands of people have already read the mis-information. It's like the old days when a paper would print something false and then print a tiny retraction weeks later.
I truly don't believe that mods aren't seeing those posts.
Silence=approval.
It is rather bizarre how you can post a lot of hateful bigoted drivel and get away with it but try to post certain words and the site immediately cleans it up for you... I have seen posters who say that AIDS isgood because it will cleanse the world of Gay people, that Slavery should be brought back , that women should not be allowed the vote, that Obama is a Nazi, that Black people are an inferior race, people have been threatened with posted pictures of guns and knives etc... but heaven forbid the word F.a.n.n.y should be used without having to circumnavigate the system...
Apparently Freedom of expression is a rather fluid term. Hateful rhetoric is OK but not swearing ( I don't swear myself but I consider swearing far less offensive than racism, homophobia, xenophobia, sexism etc...)
This is very funny how ignorant people are about the fight for civil rights.
They think it was a Democrat idea and authored law.
Martin Luther King was a Republican, his entire life, as was his father.
No, it is your ignorance that is showing.
MLK Jr was a Republican because his father was one, as many blacks were in the Jim Crow days due to history (Lincoln).
He would have nothing in common with the post-Civil Rights GOP. MLK was for reparations for slavery and for our government moving towards what he called Democratic Socialism.
The civil rights laws were supported by Northern Republicans AND Democrats. The opposition was from Southern states, which historically were dominated by the Democratic party. This opposition changed parties from Democratic to Republican in the years following LBJ's support of civil rights laws.

It was the nail in the coffin for LBJ to be re-elected as President, much less win the primary elections.
The reason he did not even waste his time and try to run for re-election.
The anti-war movement played a large role in LBJ declining to run again. Democrats were divided into the the anti-war movement, Southern segregationists, labor unions with the party bosses, and Bobbie Kennedy supporters. LBJ saw no way to please them all.

It has been Republicans since at least the 1960s that have vociferously resisted civil rights legislation and that fact is on the books.
jesus christ superstar cant get banned unless he specifically insulted somebody.
insulting non whites(which he does in this thread and other threads) isnt specifically insulting a specific poster.
So insulting an entire race or most the planet's inhabitants is better than insulting one person ?
Interesting .... if you insult an entire group of people and someone is part of that group of people you have thus insulted them personally. That is the only logical conclusion. You insult ALL White people. I am White. I have just been insulted as an individual as well as a member of my racial group.
There is rather a flaw in that concept surely ?!?!

i insult southern whites routinely on this site for backward thinking and being stupid in general so your talking to the wrong guy.
This is where you're wrong: ALL groups espousing hatred of another group based on race are the problem; this includes the KKK.
Just a heads up: There are actually some on this board supporting the KKK. How many people are on here supporting the Latin Kings or the Crips?! None that I've seen.
And let the "true" colors shine! It's now apparent I think.
The 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution is a beautiful thing isn't it?
Oh dear. Well, when you reach sixth grade, you'll learn that the 1st Amendment protects us ONLY from government censorship.
Unless something changed overnight, this forum isn't the government. Organizations, individuals and companies can censor anything they damn well please.
Really, I don't know how anyone can NOT know this.
