Why can't it be made up? Consider the source, not to mention the relative obscurity of the "target". He's a state legislator, not a U S Congressman, (not that all of your groupies even know the difference).

As is often the case. I'm getting a message that the video is not compatible with my p/c; I'll await further investigation from someone outside "the usual suspects" who can confirm or deny it's existence.
I know he's a state rep, and you know he's a state rep. But I'm not sure some of the people you're trying to sell on this story would know the difference. Political ignorance favors the Left.
You'd think that if Obama were able to use mind control, he'd use it to suppress that these idiots would ever know that there was such a thing as mind-control technology.
