This video is hilarious. I would tell you what it is about, but that would be a spoiler. Apparently this was during some congressional hearing. Watch the admiral's face when he is answering the question.

I thought Oklahoma and Mississippi had bad education systems, but Georgia's must be close to the bottom as well. The Republican reps seem batch&*&t crazy, whereas this guy is just dumb as a rock.
