We've all heard that those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it, so why aren't we learning???

How Hitler Became a Dictator

Learning what?

That many miss McCarthy and seek a new outlet for their paranoia?

That there's no shortage of tripe on the internet?

That the days of elections being lost with dignity and class are over?

If you're implying I'm a Republican you're wrong! In reality, I didn't post this referring to Pres. Obama (per se...) but because of a previous post of mine referring to the loss of our liberties which started during Bush's presidency. The problem is that most people blindly side with either party truly believing that they have our best interests at heart. I think that anyone with minimal awareness can notice the game that has been played here for a good while: Party A goes to power, fails to deliver some/a lot of the campaign promises so a good chunk of the population is disappointed so during the next election Party B is elected, but then they do the same thing (perhaps on different issues so most people won't concentrate on the similarity with Party A...).

Because embracing a political view for many is like upholding a religion, few will put their ego aside long enough to notice REALITY, instead they just busy themselves battling the "opposition", each side justifies all the "mistakes" (no such thing in politics) of their side while loudly denouncing those of the other. A real circus but it keeps people from noticing what's really going on.

If people put their pride aside and impartially researched certain things instead of trying to tear down those of us who are just trying to warn others, maybe this country could return to what it once was. It's time to wake up to the truth, which is that the "elite" bankers have been trying to control the economy of the world and want to implement a "New World Order" (NWO), a term that George Bush Sr. often referred to in his speeches and many other leaders. And if you think it's all "paranoia" from conspiracy theorists, I'd highly recommend you dedicate some of your time to researching what you're ridiculing without knowledge so you can know the facts. I also suggest that you give a little thought to the creation of the European Union as a crucial step towards the NWO agenda.

Next, see if you remember ever hearing any mention of the NorthAmerican Union (U.S.A., Canada & Mexico). The irony of it all is that while Bush signed papers to authorize the building of border walls with Mexico, thus outraging them in a grand show for the press and the satisfaction of many American people, at the same time he was pushing the building of the
"Nafta Superhighway" (which Texas fought against and won). Perhaps while you're at it you might want to learn the truth about the Federal Reserve as well.

Any Christians who read this will have no problem believing what I'm saying because it's the fulfillment of prophecy from the book of Daniel and Revelations of The Bible, but of course the atheists will pooh-pooh it and that's to be expected. My concern really is those in the middle who haven't yet connected the dots.

I had the though earlier today of how Germany ended up where it did before it's people even realised it.

Maybe some will take the charge to be ever vigilent a little more seriously.

I appreciate your post and seeing that someone understands where I'm coming from.

If anyone takes the time to read the biographies of different dictators they will notice some common denominators, these things do not happen in a vacuum. I happen to have been born in a country that was under a harsh and long dictatorship, and while I was too young at the time to be aware of the situation, once the dictator was killed I could hear everything my family had to say about him, and because my father had been a career army officer he had a lot to tell me about it after I grew up. Naturally, he was a part of our history so he was discussed in history class, and later as a young adult I read a biography about him, which made me sick and cry at seeing the level of depravity and evil his regime exercised to stay in power. Some people think dictators seize power by force but that's not always the case, this one was elected by the people, it is said that he used trickery to rise to the top but it is a fact that in the beginning people nearly worshiped him.

I heard he had a really small package, and that was pretty much the emphasis behind his rage.

Crooked Jewish Bankers were the cause of Hitler's rise. They basically bankrupted Germany.

Hitler was very powerful, convinced people, and had good speeches.

Besides Nazi's killing tens of millions of people, they still found the Autobahn (Interstate Highways), and did lots of other good things.
