All Arabs are not Muslims; all Israelis are not Jews.

Not the Muslims I meet. (and I meet lots of them)

Talk about generalizing! "Their goal is the destruction of Israel but also death to all Jews." Talk about mud-slinging!!

Peace.

I do believe most everything the Palestinians do is religious based, hard to not involve it.

This is one reason we are were we're at, we never want to think the way they think....

These people are Arabs like all other Arabs, and they happen to live in a region called Palestine. They are not a separate people or are they a nation.......

What makes a separate people? Religion, language, culture, cuisine, etc. The Arabs in Palestine speak the same language, practice the same religion, have the same culture, etc., as all the other Arabs. The few minor differences that exist between them are like the minor differences that exist between the American Northerners and Southerners, Easterners and Westerners... but they are still all Americans. People in the south of France are quite different from the people in the north, but they are still all French. These inconsequential differences do not make a people.

The Arabs living in Syria or Jordan, etc., are also the same Arabs, but they are each a separate nation because they each have a separate country. The so-called Palestinians want a separate country because they claim to be a separate nation. They are not....... They were never a separate people before the new state of Israel. How did they become one now? Is this because Arafat told them they were a nation....

The US should stand with Israel.........Israel can take care of her own battles we just need to stay out of it.

I cant rep you enough! Excellent post!

Its all about the right of return! Crazy to beleive that you have a right to land that was your parents that was lost in a war created by your side to begin with! It didnt happen here with the indians and they didnt start the wars! It didnt happen in texas! I cant think of any place on earth where the loser of a war they started was given the land back to them for a promise of piece with no reason to believe they will be pieceful afterwards based on past history!

I think the U.S. should stay away from other nations' conflicts.... We don't want another 9/11, or people hate us Americans for supporting and favoring a nation over another!

americas unconditional support for israel is the reason why the jewish state thinks it can continue to flout international law and treat its neighbours with contempt

America's unconditional support of Israel is also one of the primary reasons that we have no credibility in the region. Our blind eye approach to Israel has created an image of Israel leading the USA around on a leash as if we are their pet dog.
They break it and we pay to fix it doesn't IMO seem to be working out to well for the USA.

We stopped supporting Israel when we supported the Arab Spring and allowed the Muslim Brotherhood to take control. The long standing peace treaty between Egypt and Israel was destroyed. Now Egypt is backing Hamas in Palestine/Gaza in cahoots with weapons from Iran.

Yeah, Barack sure did earn that Nobel Peace Prize!
