I'm not seeing anything on any creditable news sites yet. It seems to be a wild claim made only on right wing blogs so I think it is safe to say this is not creditable.
Anything the left thinks is "out of the box" is a wild claim from the right.

It may all be part of a combined program. If government sees tax deferred retirement accounts as savings (which it does), then they can easily use them along with a person's fixed assets in means testing. They will set the criteria. There's a part in Obamacare that provides for government to have full and complete access to all our financial accounts, which could easily (by regulation)be written to include our retirement funds. In that way, those funds will no longer be there as a cushion for emergencies, but become part of our subsistence, and gov't can even stipulate that we get automatic distribution of a given amount at whatever interval it decides. That amount might be determined by what $$ they want to cut back our social security checks. And it will be deposited into our account automatically via electronic tansfer, and we will, of course, pay taxes on it at the end of the year.
No Social Security is not stealing but Congress has been stealing from it for nearly 60 years. They just couldn't stand to see all that surplus lying around on an annual basis so they just spent what they called the SS "surplus" and all of a sudden there was no surplus.
What do you say to a worker who pays in for decades, dies before collecting, and has surviving adult children who get nothing?

Holy crapola. Attack Obama for his lies and demagoguery but don't attack him for ma up fantasies that proved on page one to be false.
Don't be interested in making up fake lies, Obama has plenty of his own straw men that he doesn't need conservatives adding to them.
