If Texas can get 100K nonsense petitions to leave the union, then we should be able to get a few to end the fed! The whitehouse petition, found here:

https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/pet...paign=shorturl

needs 25K for a response. Anyone willing to help out? I think ending the fed would tough in the short term, but a good idea going forward!

The line I heard last night said it perfectly.

"Every town had a nut 50 years ago, and everyone knew they were a nut. Problem is today, they have discovered they aren't alone."

A vast majority of people in Texas and other states do not want to secede from the union.

Texans are raised on the notion of secession, stirred into the iced tea. It's a short way of saying that we don't really like what DC is doing. Kinda like being a red state but party affiliation doesn't matter.

Secession may be pursued but is not going to happen but the idea did get attention, eh? Same goes for the Fed. It's here, we bought it, we got it. It gives the DC apparatchik a control. You know... we've got the funds, you got shyte.

Enjoy your new lives.

Actually you're not thinking.

The Federal Reserve is not the cause of your problems.....you are.

You elected morons to Congress and idiots for President.

You sit by idly while the morons and idiots spend more money than they can ever possibly collect in tax revenues.

Your Federal Reserve tries to fix the problems that you created by sending morons and idiots to Washington DC who spent more money than they could possibly collect.

And then you have the unmitigated gall to blame the Federal Reserve for your problems.

We can take the reverse approach....

Why does the Federal Reserve sell debt?

Because the morons in government spend more than they collect creating a budget deficit.

Who puts the morons in government in power?

Stupid voters.

Logically...

Mircea

Why? Its quite obvious that the FED is doig all the fiscal governing and has been for four eyars. Nothing Obama had doen ahs worked and eve his own party will not spend money o such things has his massive jobs and infrastructure stimulus that would keep the unemployment rate below 8%. Now the new reality is payign for what didn't work i both poarties. if his polcies had wrokeed there woud be no need for life support of QE3nor wanting to increase taxes and make cuts i spending. Obama has bascially fialed ihis policies to improve the econmy and FED is only fiscal control to keep it going. The FED would npot be further putting life support into the ecom=nomy iof things could go on their won. They are seeing support gig to2015 now. Obama is gettig closer and closer to exiting the presidency still with economy onlife support.
