How about we shall pass a law banning atheists from holding public federally, and not just in some states?

You are very dangerous and Anti-American
Like domestic terrorist that needs to be put on some government list ?

The war on christmas decorations has been going on for a number of years.
There's less and less in public places if you haven't noticed.

That is irrelevant. The Supreme Court is the final authority on the Constitution.

You don't know what you're talking about. Article VI of the Constitution would cause any such law to be invalid.

Big deal... you still see plenty of Christian holidays and symbols, including Christmas decorations everywhere in the U.S., including at homes, yards, churches, malls, restaurants, retail stores, on streets, and few public federal/state buildings.... Not a problem

I'll make sure I put HUGE Nativity Scene at my yard where everybody that passes thru the busy highway leading to NYC could see it

Fortunately, Americans are fairly progressive and looked past the roots of Santa. It's all fun and games with no strings attached. There's no reason why we should take away these festivities or ruin them.

It is an American holiday since it is a national holiday celebrated by 96% of Americans.
Actually, most Americans have given up on the relationship between Christmas and the birth of Christ. They're celebrating it as a fun & games holiday. We're finally moving forward in that aspect as a nation.

The best part about Christmas is that it's hardly about Christianity anymore.

"Most". Have you asked all 312 million Americans?

Christmas is a fun and happy Christian religious holiday. Just because it is religious does not mean it has to be boring. I love Christmas!!

Banning anything from Christianity to Atheism is Anti-American. The founding fathers wanted America to accommodate all religions equally without favoritism to one over another. The best way to do this is to accept they exist and cater to none.

The most Anti-American issue in this nation is that people feel that we're a Christian nation and Christians have some sort of right above others. We need to get out of this mindset to keep moving forward.
