I still like their products, and the new company is quite profitable, with a better business model. Delivering to individual stores as the old one did, with dozens of small bakeries made no sense. making product in a very automated way, centrally, shipping to warehouses, by increasing the shelf life from 25 to 65 days, led to this iconic brand's magnificent transformation.
