How is that possible with an administration that picked up his policies where he left off
Hopefully this keeps up. Many are hoping that this Country fails now but our spirit is strong.
What hope? There are only observations of reality and projecting them forward. Is it necessary to recite the serious systemic issues faced by the nation?
On another note, what happened to the excess inventory of homes from the last downturn?
Basically I would hope so after four years of having homes not being built.Hopefuly congress might soon get control of the two contributing fators in bad loans;fannie and freddie but we have to keep bailing them out.

I don't know but that is not the issue. This is good news.
"In yet another sign that the U.S. housing market is coming back, banks are rushing to add staff to their mortgage departments, Bloomberg News reports.
Mortgage-related jobs climbed nine percent this year through Sept. 30, to 285,000. That's the highest level since 2008, when the recession hit."
