I kind of believe it, but it's not so much fear of criticism as it is just a lot of people painting things in extreme though Jon Stewart is a lot less information than Rush in a lot of ways.

I don't think it is fear of criticism either. I think with Fox and MSNBC you can essentially have your own world view reinforced daily. This kind of infotainment doesn't really leave any room to look at the other side of things.

Ted is annoyed because ABC, NBC, CBS are no longer the only places to get 22 minutes of the news they want you to see and hear.
