Medicare and SS are federal insurance programs for which premiums have been paid for decades. And SS is a LOSING deal for everyone except the low-income earners.
Social Security a bad deal for all but low-income workers

Wealthy? Hardly. If so, they wouldn't have any need to continue to deal with the dregs of society. MUCH more money to be made renting to the middle class and above.

I've known a number of slumlords (one was a prominent local Democrat), and while none of them were fabulously wealthy, they lived comfortably. There's a lot of money to be made off Section 8.

Everyone should pay the same. Are we all not members of society?

She earns an income? She should pay. Just like everyone else.

That's not my gig. I'm asking for everyone's income to be taxed equally. LIBERALS want to engage in class warfare.

FYI, SS came about to aid low income worker in retirement, why wouldn't it do so now? It wasn't developed to supplement a wealthy person's pension.

Medicare and SS ARE mandated by the constitution, general welfare clause. You might want to disagree but the case law is against you. You are in the minority.
